Jell-O Castles in the Sky.

But first another shitty creation from me. Just about anything can serve as a Jell-O mold. For this I use, obviously, a cut off one liter bottle, which gives a cool shape, and an ice cube tray.

Even weird looking things get kind of cool when they're filled with jell-o. Heyo!

Anyway on to a deliciously lazy version of a genuine dessert item.

This is Pana Cotta, a beautiful french-type desert consisting of a creamy custard and a sweet strawberry topping. The above picture came from the fantastic french food blog Chocolate and Zucchini.

This is all you need to create my bachelor-pad version of Panna Cotta:

Two "things" of vanilla pudding, one "thing" of strawberry jell-o.

Put the jell-o down first, with the firm recipe for jell-o jigglers. Let it solidify thoroughly first! Otherwise when you put the pudding on top, they'll mix, and when you try to take it out, this is what you'll get.

Gross huh?

Anyway when it comes out solid, drop it out on a plate, and then trim the edges as need be. You don't need to alter the pudding recipe except for maybe going a little slight on the milk so it's a touch more solid.

You'll end up with a great looking dessert which is surprisingly tasty. Jell-O and Pudding together? AMAZINGXOR! Puddingalicious! Jell-O-tastic! Orgasmariffic!
